PTHE ka work achha se samajh nahi paya sir is ka main work kya hota hai or ye heat exchange karta h to kaise karta h..Kya chiled water supply ko direct ahu me nahi bhej sakte hai

I hope you can clear my doubt here, as always I have doubt on this how to fine out chilled water supply and return temp both primary and secondary or how we assume...
