Tried this recipe today with boneless/skinless chicken thighs, marinated for 2 1/2 hours then cooked for 30-40 mins in 2 batches, 1st batch cooked on grease proof paper = lots of liquid, 2nd batch cooked direct on tray = less liquid and more flavour served with the homemade naan bread, very nice will cook this again, thank you for inspiring me to start cooking again xx

Hi, to make Rainbow Mash ,you peel and chop potatoes, parnips, swede and carrotts , cook all together in a big sauce pan, when cooked drain of the water , add butter and milk , mash well together, when well mixed serve up , or you can use on top of cottage pie , i hope you try and enjoy xx

That looks delicious! I will have to try your home made naan recipe. I've never made my own before. I usually buy the mini Peshwari naans and pop them in the toaster while I'm dishing up lol I do always have to make some minty yoghurt dressing to go with though :) I'm addicted to the stuff! Can't wait to stoke up the barbie again. I always throw some king prawns on too and it is such a feast :) I love how one moment you're making very traditional British food, the next you're all exotic and spicy hahaha xx
