When you remove the clean water tank, is there a grey gasket in the hole where the red gasket plugged into?
Hi thanks for the video. It seems simple enough to work this machine. But I have one question that I am uncertain of is that when you’re cleaning you pull the trigger to move forward which releases the shampoo onto the carpet do I keep the trigger pulled as I am pulling the machine back?
At around the 4:03 mark, they mention that you only pull the trigger when moving forward, then release to move back (an "extraction pass"). Hope this helps! :)
Can I clean my rugs which are on top of the carpet? Does the water go through the rug onto the carpet beneath? Thanks
Will it remove mold from under carpet from previosly flooded area? Thanks
Mould Spores would be impossible for any machine to remove. A Commercial Shampooer could not get the Spores out either. The safest, healthiest way is to replace the Carpet, putting more water on Mould is the last thing you want to do. ….the Mould Smell is terrible too !! Hope you have Home Insurance with Flood Cover…

The only con is it doesn't have an attachment to do my stairs and couches
I have carpeted stairs & bought one of BISSELL’s Spot Portable Cleaners - they make about 3 different Models - check out their website.
I wouldn’t call it a Con - Bissell does makes a Carpet Shampooer that includes Attachments to clean Stairs, Upholstery, Car Seats etc. Heavier & more expensive…
