It takes longer but it’ll come off, and even if it’s been there for months
It will clean it. Suck up anything left there, then use the prush, warm water and any non foaming detergent. I've used mine fir years, even cleaning high traffic stairs at my clients buisness place. I have a commercial cleaning company, we don't do carpet cleaning, I do it as a favor.

can I use any natural products as a stain remover with this machine?
Hi there, we recommend only using water and the compatible formula in our machines - as using anything else in the machine can void the warranty and damage components of the unit - particularly vinegar, essentials oils, or cleaning agents not designed for use in an appliance.
Is the machine supposed to leak
Because I have one and I am returning it because it leaks out the water 💦
If the machine appears to be leaking from the bottom while on, generally that is caused by what we call over-foaming - commonly due to too much formula being used, or incorrect formula being used. Too much formula, or formula being used that is designed for full-size machine, creates excess foam - which shoots out the bottom/back of the machine while in use. 15ml of formula per full tank of water is all that's needed - as the SpotClean compatible formulas are 2x concentrate (so half what's recommended on the tank).
If the machine is leaking clean water without the machine turned on, commonly that is caused by using water that is too hot or putting something foreign into the machine - leading to a warped tank or failed seal. Feel free to reach out to Bissell customer care for troubleshooting if needed!
what are the two bottles's function at the back?
Hi there, they're two of the compatible formulas for the machine. The green one is the Pet Stain & Odour formula, which is an enzyme-based formula for tackling odours from pet and food stains. The taller bottle is Oxy Boost - a booster for our formulas designed for boosting formula performance to tough stains like red wine, cola, coffee, blood, juice etc.

why is this called pro heat when the water temp is not heated by vacuum?
ProHeat refers to our HeatWave Technology that works while the machine is running to help maintain the temperature of the water put into the clean tank.
Mine did not do this. Most of the water stayed in the cushion of the couch
