My Favorite Film Noir Movie.
Good one!
Good flick! Solid Bogart performance. Scott underrated, and though not known as the singer, actually could sing.. had albums out during her career up until late 50s early sixties and made singing appearances on national TV shows. Started out on Broadway... She was done in by the Press Scandal sheets and social mores of the time. Bacall, however did not sing at all.. tried to on Broadway.. very overrated in film and on Broadway in spite of awards.. was basically successful as Bogart's wife.
Ya gotta be in the right mood for Eddie but he nails it here. That electric-blue peak-lapel single-breasted suit is super-noir, and that necktie is positively obscene!
Homie the videos in your favorites playlist are truly obscene. You’re a weird dude
I think he looks good !
Bogart, the G.O.A.T.
Listen, Mack, I take offense to the crack about Lizabeth Scott not singing very well. Step outside, Mack.
