You need about 5min to explain a simple thing. I like it.
Other people need 20min to explain nothin..
You're great!
Thanks!!!
Leonardo Edler von W I agree! Great work thanks!!
@@BoxCast I Am From Somalia I Dont Understood Your Language but This Video I Understooded 100% Becouse I Liked How This Video Work Step By Step With Meaning Full Steps
I agree with you
It's because other people want the sweet sweet ad revenue a longer video brings.
Awesome...Finally someone who gives clear, to the point info without drivel and attitude. Subscribed!
I watched this video because it was the shortest one I saw. Explained everything perfectly and wasted no time. It's insane to think there are other videos twice as long as this or more explaining the exact same thing. Some folks just love the sound of their voice and it shows with tutorial videos... thanks for not being an egomaniac and caring about people.
thanks for the kinds words! we appreciate you!
I like your way of explaining; quick and to the point. Thanks.
Thank you!
agreed
This kind of video we need
@@BoxCast What are the Windows versions of Blackmagic UltraStudios? Another silly question: what is this converter called so I can search up Windows options. Which ones from top 5 would you recommend?
(I'm new to the channel & Green Screening. )
@@BarbaraInspires17 I would look into el gato camlinks for a windows capture card: www.elgato.com/en/cam-link-4k
Thank you! I downloaded OBS a week ago and struggled with a previous video. Not this time - awesome and still relevant almost 3 years from your original post.

Such a great help for new streamers like me... Thanks BoxCast.
This video helped me a ton!! Thank you! Also wanted to add- you don’t need a video converter if you’re just using a webcam. For those that are broke like me lol
Thanks! That's a great point!

Thanks Josh for the video. Okay, so I have the same Elgato Green Screen in this video. I'll give you some background (no pun intended ;)). I've been doing IT for 45 years and have used BMD equipment in the past (PC capture cards). I use Zoom for conference calling with customers and Camtasia for doing IT instructional videos. Zoom doesn't give you much in the way of fine tuning your green screen. Camtasia gives me a tolerance, softness, hue and defringe setting. My issue is lighting the green screen. I'm a DIY guy and made bank lighting with a 4 - 4' flourescent T8 5000K (90 CRI) bank. I'm in a 10x12' office with the green screen 3' behind me and the lighting of the green screen behind me as well. Seems like I have too much light coming off the green screen as it almost washes it white in color. I'm a sound engineer and do some lighting for live bands (including my wifes) so I'm thinking of using my Chauvet DJ Pan LED lights to light the green screen. Another YT video guy suggested putting a green sleeve over the flourescent tubes or using a green LED strip to light the green screen. Pretty clever idea. I don't have the budget to but bank lighting. My issue right now is even as optimal as I get, I end up with a green halo around the subject body and head and can't get rid of it. Your thoughts?
Great video thank you very helpful, you mentioned that you can use a Power Point as the 'media in' can you use the PP as an 'immersive' experience as in see questions from an audience, play videos embedded in the PP or would it just be a static slide walk through? Cheers
thanx bro
