What do you do for regular pros if you hit the wall
I recently saw somebody who sweares by putting some (dilluted) DMSO on the bruises, but it can dehydrate the skin very bad. what's your opinion about that? thank you!
I had some undereye filler dissolved bc of Tyndall effect. Immediately the darkness went away. However, there’s still some left. I think it must be a deep bruise but it doesn’t seem to be fading? Is there anything I can do to help fade the bruise. About how long will a deep bruise last
How long do you have to hold steady pressure? 5 mins? 10 mins?
Does Homeopathy anarica supplment work as well? It’s the only thing I could find over counter :(

Hi Dr Whitney please can you help me. I've had mesotherapy with Miracle H and I have had bruises under my eyes that haven't disappeared after 2 months. Apparently it is common with Miracle H that your skin stays purple. Is there a laser or something i can do to get my skin back to its normal colour? Many thanks

@@christysmith5211 i still have skin discoloration but i do think microneedling has helped in fading the colour a bit.

Had no idea fish oil could make me bruise more. Going to eat pineapple now.
Put butter or ghee on if you hurt yourself. Also honey is good.
