Thank you for saying after 3 days you don’t run to the fridge anymore. I feel the exact same way and at times it’s gets discouraging. Hearing you say that gave me comfort because I prefer as fresh as possible too! Getting 3 days of meal prep done and sticking to it will be an accomplishment for me. It’s definitely a start!
I put vinegar in a spray bottle, about little under half, then fill with water. I use this for cleaning fruits, vegetables, and my meat! Very convenient. 😊

I finally got a chance to make the egg roll in a bowl recipe and - oh my goodness - it was SO GOOD!!!!!! Girl, I’m going to prefer this over some Chinese take out in the future even. And so easy to make!! Thank you for sharing!!

I love cabbage and that looks good! I admire your ability to stay on the path of meal prep, watching your weight, etc. because personally, I had to take a step back and just simply eat less. It became so consuming, weighing myself all the time, counting calories, knowing the point totals of many many foods, etc. it became too much. It was my total focus. what I was eating , how many calories, should I be eating this, or that. It was pretty much an obsession. Couldn’t keep living like that? Can anyone relate to what I’m saying?🤷🏾♀️

The tuna lunches looked great , I chop up celery and put it in my tuna it gives it a nice crunch and you can’t taste the celery , you should try that . Imma have to make this cabbage dish!!!!! ❤❤ these videos give me more ideas for my meal prep for the work week. I work six 12hr shifts in a row then off for 8 days so after three days, my taste buds want something else lol. Thank you for these easily well put together meal preps!!! ❤❤
I work in the healthcare field. Typically it’s 3 12hr shifts per week, but most times those shifts are not back to like I prefer cause I like my days off to be consecutive. So when I was offered the job, the supervisor asked me if I wanted 3 12hr shifts or the 6 12hr shift rotation. I chose the 6 cause I can take a mini vacation on those days off I choose. I wish it was day shift . It’s a small hospital but when the ER gets busy, it gets busy lol and those 6 days can’t come and go fast enough 😂😂
