@@L16htW4rr10r Technically, that's correct. However since Kevin knows the actual solution to the Monty Hall Problem, he probably anticipated Raymond's expected mistake. It is very important that the host knows where the car is (Kevin even emphasizes this). He was simply afraid that Holt would explain it wrongly and muddy the waters. Might sound weird, but around mathematicians, this happens quite a bit, because the exact wording is so crucial.
Obviously, there was also the joke, but the scene just works on multiple layers.

the funniest thing about the "BOOOOONE?" scene to me has always been the timestamps. Bc they imply holt went into his office after telling rosa off, and then five minutes later stepped back out and yelled "BOOONE!?" And then lectured her some more. And then he went BACK to his office, and a while after that, came BACK OUT to yell "BOOOOOOOOONE!?" and lectured her some more. All of this took place over about an hour.
Given the crowd, it’s even more likely there were no breaks in the rant at all. 😂
The best thing about that scene is Amy's changing positions and reactions to Holt yelling.

Like their whole relationship has been shunned and disrespected for years; but here are all these wonderful people who accept, adore and are totally in awe of them regardless of their sexuality. It must've meant so much to them I'm SOBBING

Underrated part of Terry, Jake and Amy hiding in the bathroom during that argument was how when Jake said "Lookatme! Do not blow this for us!" to Cheddar; not only did he avoid looking at Jake, he also smirked like he was about to mess it up.
I have a Jack Russell and he does the same thing, with almost the same smirk. Little dogs are the BEST for spitting on your plans and laughing in your face like that.

I love the way they implemented LGBT in the show, it's not heavy handed nor does it pander to the community but it still manages to talk about issues in a very realistic way that anyone outside of the community can relate to as well. Well done 99

As well as racial and gender issues in these Small depictions are better then 90% of all LGBT depictions i honestly can’t stand how raunchy and sexualised LGBT media is.
Basically all the characters are just coming out and smooshing
Whereas this ray and Kevin have been married for awhile and have a loving affectionate relationship and Diaz comes out and it’s treated so realistically

Their sexuality is only mentioned to bring meaning to why Kevin hates cops or why they got married so quickly. It's not just a random and token gay couple.

I re-watched the annual heist episode last night just because Kevin was so great in it. It was great all around but including Kevin just made it so much more awesome.
