I think Rizin champs are highly regarded in terms of talent because Manel Kape just debuted against Alexandre Pantoja last month who’s the current #3 ranked flyweight and honestly he showed some promise.
He was offered Bellator title fight or UFC contract with top 10 fighter. He choosed UFC. They offered him Santos +2 other fighters and he choosed Ozdemir from those 3. He said in interview Santos could be to much for his debut and went for Ozdemir. His biggest disadvantage is language barrier, so he can’t explain his thoughts and express himself. He is very spiritual person with deep interest about bushido, Japanese samurais and lifetime way of become warrior. Some times is very difficult to understand what he’s saying even in Czech language. Everything has deep meanings and thoughts. He will run over Rayes, everyone will see and then the sky is limit for Jiri “ Denisa samurai” Prochazka! ;-)
