funny thing about frank buying off the building is like a metaphor on how he saved the show from being cancelled. danny's production company had the rights to the show after season 1 because the network was going to cancel it and who knew this would be the longest sitcom ever.
i love that they have 1 redeeming feature in their singing voices.

@@EveReacts it's not the last time. The gang singing and harmonizing together happens throughout the show. The cast is supremely talented. The actor who plays Dennis, graduated from Juliard, which is a very prestigious acting school.
@@SirMan48 meanwhile we all know how talented a songwriter Charlie day is. After all, he did write a musical that was toured all over the US.
This episode commands respect. The sequence with the fence is incredibly bold for American television.
Which speaks more to the despicable timidity of political commentary on American TV than anything else, but it's still good on Sunny for doing it.
All smiles and laughs the whole time, I love it. In for the whole ride!
That Jihad tape is one of the worst/funniest things I've ever seen. The first time I saw it I remember out loud yelling oh my god when I was watching it by myself.

@@deek60819 Nitpick for Dennis; it's an example of when a democratic *system* has failed. Who doesn't plan for the eventuality of a tie? Nobody who's ever tried to get 2 young siblings to decide on something.

I don’t know how split the fan base is on favorite characters but I know a lot of people love Charlie, but I think over the course of the entire series Mac is the greatest member of the gang for me

I have to say in the beginning I had a soft spot for Charlie but there’s definitely something about Mac haha
I feel like Charlie is a lot of people's favorite character when they first start watching(including mine) but now Dennis is my personal favorite

Frank and Charlie really make this show, in my humble opinion
I loved the first season when it came out and hated the fact they added Danny Devito because it just went so over the top. Then I came around to his nuttiness like MANTIS looking for scraps and ready to plow or offering an egg in this trying time.
Yeah, Dennis is heavily favored over Dee by their mother lol
How much would change for a hand selected movie. There's one a have in mind, 95% rotten tomatoes, Morgan Freeman and Ed Harris and Casey Affleck fantastic film but most don't know it and if put to a poll it would never win. However, really want you to see/react to so I'm willing to help you for doing that

@@EveReacts The movie is Gone Baby Gone. It's about a pair of private investigators trying to help find a missing little girl. It's set in Boston too so you get everyone's favorite accents lol. I don't think it will get views so I'll def patron you at the very least if you decide to watch it

At the risk of getting overly political, there's really only one thing you need to know to understand the situation in Israel; modern Zionism (only about a century old, to Judaism's 5000+ years) is an explicitly white-supremacist colonization project, and it's eating Judaism whole (witness Israel, supposedly the Jewish state, zealously embracing its role as the arsenal of global fascism). For context, Jewish-raised, Jewish family; I know whereof I speak in that regard, not that I need to in order to grasp the politics involved.
I won't belabour the point, but it's worth making.
I think you knew it, but to be clear, the fence is a reference to Israel's Apartheid wall that they're also using to steal land. Inspired 45's dream for the US southern border. Both are incredibly expensive and don't work, at least not for their supposed purpose.
Not to nit-pick, but I do like the idea of a contractor who would find a gas leak and, y'know, apparently *not* get the gas shut-off.
Not sure, but I get the sense that the harmonizing is probably something the actors started doing to pass the time between takes. You can do it without any set-up, basically at a moment's notice, which is good when somebody has to move a light and you just have to stand around while they take a minute to do it. They're all very collaborative anyway, so it follows.
IIRC, Charlie mailed the "Jihad" tape? IANAL, but that's real bad news in the States. Lots of specific laws about criminality via mail, and they're all federal (as opposed to state/local), which kicks the prosecution into high-gear. How the Gang got out of that without ending up in Supermax for terrorism is anyone's guess.
All credit to IASIP for going whole-hog after controversial subjects that others won't touch. In a way, they also completely disprove the insipid concept of "cancel culture", as you can clearly talk about whatever you want as long as you do your homework and don't speak in an ignorant or bigoted manner (and even then, all you get asked for is a meaningful apology).
