YSL Defense Wants to Suppress Lyrics Being Used in RICO Case

- Several YSL defense attorneys have made arguments to suppress song lyrics and videos being used in the RICO case by the state. One of the attorneys, Maxwell Schardt, goes back and forth with Judge Ural Glanville about a video he does not want used. Rapper Young Thug is facing several RICO charges in this case.

This is bull!!! He said I was charged with murder I beat the case. Never had a trial. Ten years later they trying to put this in the trial. He wrote the song before the trial. Judges opinions came out. It’s a battle of ego and it’s annoying. He hates being wrong. It’s so annoying be unbiased who cares about it. Ur not supposed to act like u know more and always argue back. Judge is prolonging the trial on his own. It’s crazy. He’s gonna have a huge self reflection after this. I hope he does the right thing. Free them - unfair trial. No evidence lack of credibility in the states witnesses .
