Save yourself the stress and money by purchasing your elevation bricks and if you need them to mold your foundation bricks, make sure to have someone on site while they do the mixing(4wheel barrels of sand, 3 bags of cement or 4, your preference)
People are dishonest, especially when it comes to buying materials… some people for the longest have being buying cement for $9-$10 a bag while others are paying $6.75
Crush rocks $90 while others are paying $60
After a while, sacrifice to go home and see your project for yourself to avoid heartbreak.

No company or going through somebody because they will all crook you and I am a living witness. I was there few months ago and worked with an individual. In less than a month from ground zero using the best concrete bricks made by the Chinese (sold for $1 a piece) to roof level including buying materials/transportations/workmanship and feedings, I spent less than 14k. This is a two-bedroom apartment with two baths/living room/front and back porches/pantry etc. It took me almost ten years to build my first house because own family members kept on crooking me but now that I know, it's over.

Do your work little at a time.. when you send a huge sums of money, you won’t realize how much exactly you are saving…
Cement big bag “42” is $8.50 it used to be $7 and the small was $6
Now the small bag, “32” is $7.8

Regarding lands In Liberia, the prices are still kind of low compared to most countries..
RIA highway, near the airport have lands but you got to be extremely careful buying land there…
Getting a beach view nowadays isn’t easy except someone is selling parts of their land…

She’s saying the truth. I spoke with someone who has a company and he said to build a two apartment will cost 84,000. The workmanship isn’t included ooh my people. He was charging me for every stage of the house. I’m talking about foundation, elevation price were all different. The lease amount was in 2k lol. He felt this person as a boy was mumu to him. I cut him off straight!Guess what my people, the same thing this lady is saying, I did the same way. As we speak my wife is in Liberia doing the work period! Oh just to add on I paid 3,000 for workmanship.

I bought $800.00 worth of cement but I got it at a very low price at the time.. it was able finished both houses with balanced of 27bags

I call it negotiation not exploitation because they could say no, just how I rejected many offers during my findings…fahn geh whe😂😂I was firmed about what I was willing to accept or not.
My parents had a little influence in the decision as well cause they knew the guy.. my biggest costs were materials
