Really good options here, if Tottenham can get 2-3 of them and fill in their bench depth with cheaper options, I think they can keep building towards a special project under Ange. Eze, Gray, Toney and Vanderson would be an exceptional window for spurs, costing around 200M - outgoings (maybe 150M net). Definitely need a left sided defender but if Gray can fill in at LB that helps.

Did you see Poland on Sunday? Symanski looked very poor and honestly his rerplacement, Moder ,looked very good --tall, lanky midfielder with skill on the ball. Never heard of him before yesterday, but I liked the look of him.
If we get Eze , Toney , Gray , Calafiori & Vanderson in this transfer , I’m going to put heaps on Spurs to win the league

Personally. If Spurs dont get a right winger, but get Vanderson. I would put Vanderson at RB, and Porro RW. Porro has a beast of a shot which he rarely misses and better crosser than the whole squad even better than Son and Maddison.
Porro is 2nd behind Trent for goal contributions from defence.
While Johnson and Kulusevsky are crap in my opinion.
Porro could be a great RW! But don't give up on Johnson yet. 58 G/A over his last 3 seasons. He started beating defenders the last ~10 matches last season, he's growing in confidence and he's still young at 23 years of age. Not to mention his physical attributes, he's one of the fastest players in the league. Kulusevski is young and class as well, he just isn't really a fit for this system. He can be a good winger if he's allowed to cut inside and the fullback overlaps (which is why he excelled in Conte's system as a RW/10 hybrid) but in Ange's system the fullbacks invert and the wingers are expected to play out wide more.
Porro does not have a beast of a shot that he rarely misses, don’t get me wrong he has a good shot in him for a defender but it’s not as good as you are making it out to be. For almost the entire season, Porro had the most shots on the league without scoring.
Personally you need to educated yourself about football. You don't go buy a right back to go 2 deep then move the right back to right wing, then you will still need a rightback. If you need a winger sell the underperformed and buy a better one.
If the right back has some offense in him, you use him tactically, not move him to play wing.

Keep/Bring up: Skipp, Davies, Solomon, Bergwal, Veliz, Donely, Philips
Put Calafiori in the back four and move Romero to CDM with Eze and Gallagher/Sarr. Dragusin would be the first sub/rotation option for CB with VDV and Calafiori being versatile players and Gray and Philips getting playtime where they can. Skipp can be a sub/rotation for 6/2. Eze can rotate with Maddison at 10 and Gallagher and Sarr would rotate for each other at 8 as well. LW is Son with Solomon, Gyokeres is up front with Richy, and Kulu or Johnson at the right.

Honestly i think we should go all in for Vanderson, give him 1 year to settle in but i can see him taking 1st choice R/B slot and move Porro up to RW. I honestly think that is a better long term option for us than spending ridiculous money on a winger anywhere near as good as Porro obviously could be.
