Water should be half level not more than half, if you pour more water , it might go to cannula, and will give problems, fill humidifier bottle water at optimum level below half or equal to half, but not more than half.

brands says can run 24hrs , but its better to give reset 30 to 45min after every 6 to 8 hrs (it also depend on machine brand & quality)
