There are two methods of Butt Agumentation. One is a fat grafting why fat grafting is indicated and in which cases we can suggest a fat grafting for a butt augmentation. Which procedure is indicated in which patient? Let's discuss clearly now so people who have or who wants a minimal to moderate increase in the butt volume or who want to have a minimal ptosis correction. That means butt sagging correction and people who have fat more in their other parts of the body in such cases we can do a fat which is excessly staying or adamant fat which is present in the other part of the body. We can do a liposuction, process it and inject into the buttock area which will give the volume to the butt. Suppose if they want to have a more volume like a moderate to severe degree of deficiency and they have a more ptosis which cannot be corrected with the fat grafting and if they want more volume to be added to their butt. In such cases but implants are ideally suggested. So what is this Butt implantation and what is the procedure how it is done we will discuss in detail now. So Butt Augmentation is a surgical procedure with implants and it can be done safely electively under general anesthesia or spinal anesthesia for this patient will be in the prone position that is upside down patient face will be facing downwards and the incision will be there in the gluteal fold middle part of the gluteal fold extending along the curve of the back around 6 to 8 cm it will be there. Appropriate location of the size and volume and the type of the implant to be clearly discussed with the clinician or a surgeon you're are planning to do and as per your requirements where are the volume to be added suppose in the upper portion or upper to middle third of the junction you want to have a more volume. In such case that implant will be inserted in that particular area will be a good outcome and initially the area where the implant is implanted will be a little harder and totally after that it will become softer and gives a natural outcome. So it's only a matter of time this discomfort pain or whatever the problem in the sitting everything is only temporary and over a period of time all the things will come down.
