@@abram730 it actually has nothing to do with appearing muscular as of you went to the gym as most women don’t want to look like a roided out man. The purpose of them being a little bit stiffer than say breast implants is to prevent ruptures which can cause a lot of other problems and be difficult to remove every little part out. I just had my butt implants done a month ago and while they healed great and I’m happy with the results... I wanted bigger but my doctor told me he would fit the biggest he could go for me which was 460 cc and I had a bbl with it. I was talking to a girl that said you are not afraid to give someone maximum projection 700+ and she’s going to you because of that. That requires a lot of skill to be able to fit a big implant like that. I mean that’s what girls want let’s be honest.

I'm 145 and no body fat except my legs needing an uplift and arms. Please tell me how to get a round or firm contoured buttock . It's even with my back.. literally and flat as an ironing board. Smh

Someone please answer this question I've been to two doctors and they told me 400cc and butt implants is the largest and legal butt implants that you are able to get any bigger no didn't make any bigger so what is going on?
Trust me you don't want bigger. The pain is excruciating. I got 375cc. And my muscle ruptured, not being able to accommodate that size. It's worse than having a baby.. it was the worst pain of my life

Some doctors say they literally cannot fit the bigger implants on smaller people due to the pocket can only stretch so much. This surgery is already very risky and has a high complication rate so when they add bigger implants than what the pocket can hold the incision doesn’t close/heal which leads to infection/body rejecting the implant and revisions= paying more money for future surgeries.

The implants replace going to the gym and doing the work yourself. Brazilian implants is your own fat so it is soft and gives your but muscle somethign to push out.
Technically you still have a real ass because it is your fat and it has the giggle.
A good surgeon will do the fat transfer thing at the same time so the implant doesn't make your ass hard to the touch.

Butt implants don’t give you hips necessarily. If you get a large enough implant it will give a little loook of hips due to that projection poking out the backside but as a trans women like me and you.. a supercharged bbl (butt implants + bbl together= will give the maximum projection and allow to create the hourglass shape.

They don’t know what they are talking about. I have buttock implants, they last forever. The only reason you would need to exchange an implant is if you have an infection, breakage or rupture. The most common reason you replace a silicone/ saline breast implants is rupture meaning the implants shell has broken and silicone/saline has leaked out. So the implant needs to be changed or the silicone will spread throughout the body. Butt implants are solid silicone and do not rupture. They only can break in pieces but this is a very rare chance. So they technically last forever.
