Hi doctor, this video was great, but I have a question, I want to have breast augmentation surgery (with implants) and fat transfer to my butt at the same time, how am I supposed to sleep, on my side? Because I think I cant sleep on my back because of the fat transfer and I cant sleep on my front because of the breast implants? So should I have two separate procedures?
We should stop iron and vitamin C b4 surgery? I thought we would need especially the iron. With the arnica pills, what strength? Can I also use the arnica gel days b4 surgery on the site I’m getting work done?
