just a tip: ulta usually jacks up the prices for brands like maybelline and l'oréal which is why they're buy one get one half off. target and walmart are the cheapest places for makeup (if you dare go to walmart 😂😉)
I love walmart but we dont have them in the area I live in, in LA. I just have drugstores, Target and ULTA (target being the most expensive)
gurl try going to the huge walmart in burbank, its pretty great!
Caitlyn it's true! The Maybelline "The Glo Down" eyeshadow she recommended is under $4 at that same target, and almost $7 at the ulta.

Ugh, I hate Walmart. Haven't shopped there in years, we refuse to support their horrible policies. There is one down the street from us and I choose to drive farther to Target and Walgreens

I really liked your tips. It's nice to hear a beauty blogger with actual tips for buying products. It's hard not to buy a bunch of shades of a bunch of different products bc that is how beauty bloggers test them. It's nice to see someone actually thinking about an actual person shopping and on a budget. Thank you!

Ashley Mova girl! me too! 😂 I try not to go inside ULTA unless I need to buy a foundation and need a match. I shop online and add what I want to my cart then wait a couple days to see if I still want it as bad.
ME TOO! Then the shipping price turns me off so it's way easier to not take the plunge and click. But IN the store there is no stopping me hahah!

Oh myyy!! I got so excited when I saw that you were in your car, a VLOG type video, FINALLY! :) I loved this video, it reminded me of Tati's what they were called, Madness Mondays? When she went to different drugstores and showed the offers. I'm so sad that we don't have that return policy in Estonia. We do have samples of every product though. But it sucks, I have recently bought quite many things that I didn't end up liking and there's nothing to do with them.
That ulta and target you're talking about is the one I shop at all the time since it's near my work! I always go on my break to shop the sales haha
