I'm so glad to hear youtubers talking about the importance of SPF. I always tell my friends and family how important it is but no one listens to me lol.
Cassidy I Just came back from 2 weeks in Hawaii and you would never be able to tell haha I'm so pale! But I've been using spf 60 on my face every day!

I'm in my twenties and I tell my friends, who are at similar ages, and they just dont care. Too many young people dont care about their skin till they start getting wrinkles or sun spots.
I tell all my friends too! and no one cares enough. To be honest the only reason I knew the importance is because my brother is a plastic surgeon and he tells me how amazing SPF is for your skin when you have acne and when you start aging
yeah it really helps your skin. the sun does so much damage to our skin especially our faces it's always good to protect our face especially if not anything else!

OBSESSED with you Melissa!! I have never really been into makeup. I originally found you when I was looking for eye dermatitis remedies. Within 2 months you have completely transformed for makeup routine! You are a true teacher. I get complements all the time on my makeup and how pretty/natural it looks and I’m like ‘thanks melissa’. You’ve taught me makeup i meant to enhance my features, not completely change them. Which is rare with beauty channels these days. Love you. Keep doing you, boo.

I love skipping foundation so much. I prefer using concealer and kind of spot concealing to blend it in, then lightly powder and finish my face with a minimal amount of bronzer and blush. ;)

Love the look! I never wear foundation, just concealer under my eyes. I know some people have serious skin issues and need coverage to feel comfortable. But most of the time all that makeup on your face isn't necessary. So happy to see bloggers now being more natural.

This looks so beautiful. I honestly love skipping foundation because I like my makeup to look the most natural finish in person, also because it's way easier to remove at the end of the day and it doesn't clog my pores as much.

can i use something like mac strobe cream as a underneath illuminator? it's sometimes too hot for me to wear so much foundation that i prefer doing these kind of minimalist looks anyways so a big thanks :)
Perfect natural look. It's still pretty warm and humide in Montreal so I like using concealer only on the skin.🌞
