I used to take pain and turn it into anger, anger into rage, and i was using that as power. You have no idea how much power rage can give, especially if you hate the world. After years i burned it. It's not worth it. Sometimes i miss it but i am better off without it. It's not making me think clearly, it's like a fog.
After i stopped with rage, i was removing my willpower. This is the task, no feelings. That's not the answer either.
There's one place i can find safety, and it's in my mind. I don't know what to do with my life, i am still searching.
I fail all the time but i keep going.
Thanks I've been worried about the wrong thing, I didn't understand my experience has given me power as long as I control my own fear. I'm taking my first steps you have explained why fear isn't the right answer for me sxx
its a focus thing on now.bring everyone up to the same speed or point in time could be huge on tv

I love the knowledge & attitude Tu Lam imparts. My thanks to him & the brothers Mulligan. However, the story about Lao Tze doesn't make sense. Zen Buddhism grew out of Chan Buddhism. Which began 1,000 yrs after Lao Tze died....

I really identify with Lam . However There is too much noise in your videos. What I mean is too much chatter and music . not enough meditation and deep enlightenment . There needs more focus on the deep breaths chi and karma force to reach our mind and spirit. Please do a meditative video .
