Tu Lam:
Born in Saigon, Lam's life journey took him from being a Vietnamese immigrant to an esteemed U.S. Army soldier, inspired by his family members' service. He has an impressive 22-year military career, most notably with the Special Operations Community, contributing his expertise in areas such as counter-terrorism, unconventional warfare, and force protection.
After his military service, Lam co-founded Ronin Tactics, offering real-world tactical training and developing tactical products to meet the rigorous demands of law enforcement and special operations. Besides his decorated military service, including receiving three Bronze Stars, he holds a BA in Homeland Security and Intelligence. Now living in Colorado, Lam continues to share his wealth of experience and leadership, inspiring others with his remarkable journey from Saigon to the Special Forces.

His courage to take the path of the warrior is inspiring. Too many succumb to the pain and end their lives. The depression and chaos after leaving the military is real. After 20 plus years of serving I started my business and hearing Tu speak about his journey gives me hope that it can be done. Thank you for sitting back Danny, for giving Tu the stage and time to speak and finish thoughts without interruption. Says a lot about your ability to manage your energy and ego.

Gee, this is the most powerful journey somone shared with us, thank you Tu Lam. And I agree with Danny is saying, there is no other way but releasing the drama, forgiving and surrender, I did that after dacades of suffering, it is possible. Our EGO is powerful, trying to keep us in "false save." When we get to our heart and our soul, healing is possible. If you only believe it. If Tu Lam did it, it is possible, we all can stop the suffering.

What an incredibly profound episode. I'm struggling a lot with forgiveness and letting go, I really needed to hear this. The part at the end about befriending the ego made me cry, we get taught in so much whilst doing the work to separate ourselves from the ego, once we are able to do that it is so important for us to integrate them back into our lives and value their role within us. This episode was a roller coaster of emotion and life changing. Thank you Tu and Danny.
