Yes. Fury only takes fights he knows he'll win. His toughest opponent outside of Klitschko was Wilder, who's got no technique. He was threatened by a rematch with Klitschko, threatened by a fight with A.J, and now threatened by a fight with Usyk. He'll fight Chisora or Wilder for a 4th time before he faces anyone who can take the belt off him. And he has the nerve to compare himself to Ali.

The fighting spirit inside Usyk is unquestionably a major factor in this fight. Not saying its enough to beat Fury, but I'm sure no one will be able to question Usyks will to win, he will be able to go deep into the trenches and not break .

It's definitely a factor to consider in Usyks favour. Personally I think Fury will win the fight despite Usyks skills and will to win. But I give him more chance because of the war in Ukraine. He has more to fight for than even Fury does

Usyk needs to incorporate a big guy leaning on him constantly in the clinch and fighting through it. That’s some exhausting cardio killer that’s always a part of Fury’s game plan.
Usyk is really good in the clinch bcuz he gets low, tucks up and digs his shoulder into ur chest for space, then has the speed and footwork to throw a combo and pivot out. Big men after a while hate flinching Usyk for this reason

Agreed. While I simply adore Usyk's pure boxing skills, I must concede this fight will be a connoisseur's boxing fight, rather than a massive hype job like MacGregor v Mayweather. But I have faith that there are still enough connoisseurs to make this fight a popular one. The tragic aspect for me personally is we lost 2 years of prime Usyk while Joshua, Fury and Wilder strangled the division a few years back by fighting just once a year.

I’d say removing the rematch clause is very smart on Fury’s side. If fury wins he can vacate the belts and have a huge money fight with AJ before the end of the year. If fury loses he has the rematch anyway because its what makes the most financial sense for usyk

To be honest, I think they both want it. Usyk might want it a little more, but can that overcome all the advantages Fury has over him. At the heavyweight class, I see greatness when I watch Fury fights. I don’t see greatness at the heavyweight level with Usyk.
