    Sir,Why do we use non locking plates now when locking plate have so many advantages ?

      Did you see complete video?...answer to your question is there in the video itself...the advantages of locking plates over nonlocking plates are not yet supported by enough clinical studies ...One more factor is cost effectiveness also.
