Very impressive performance in these conditions. And thanks for the description... "Can Am Spyder at Donna Buang in winter." I NEVER would have guessed it was winter... LOL... what with snow and cold weather gear and all...
Mate! In the uk, we'd be ragging around like loonies in that's piss amount of snow even on 2 wheels. That Can Am can do a lot more than you think. I have a Ryker Rallye, and it goes like stink on the snow.
Driver, if you knew the conditions would be as such before you began your trip . You are officially hard core. You should be referred to as "the man" with all the accordant rights and privileges.
I have seen many things.. I do have spyder, but this is crazy :)))) probably you dont have summer tires, do you??? coz I was only once on snow about 5m of the road, and it was nooo so much fun :)
Think about it the developers are a Canadian Company and they have snow. So the question of whether they can operate in snow shouldn't be asked. It should be are the riders capable of operating them in icy conditions safely.
This isnt really that bad weather if you live in the north. Also you can see that its not too cold since the snow is wet. This kind of weather makes for awesome drifting in Can Ams and shouldnt be too hard to drive with car and winter tires.
Hats off gentlemen! Truly a couple of brave souls!👍
I think that no one have a winter tires. Very funny to watch this video, especially for someone who live in a north country 👍
🤑🏍👌😱
It is a wonderful sense of stability.
*I use a studded 205 60 R 15 winter car tire and it goes like a tank*
l love the uk sticker on the top .. where did ya get it from ??
I didn't know Australia had mountains and snow. HEY, look at me, I learned something today!

Do they make studded tires for those machines?
I live in central Alaska and was curious about the bikes ability in the snow!
That's something you don't see every day.
I heard there is a studded car tire that fits,, but not sure on warranty issues
Wonder if you can get Michelin X-Ice snow tires in the correct size for a spyder if you are going to end up in the snow?

It's just like being on a snowmobile...only you're on wheels.
I wouldn't ride in this kind of weather at all, but if I have to do it, I would keep all my wheels in the clean snow layer as much as possible.

We knew there was going to be snow but not alot of it
Time for another special edition. Spyder RT 3x3 ^^
Awesome video mate. Loved the sound of the flakes hitting your helmet. Better to be on 3 wheels then 2 eh?And I was the 100th Like on your vid!!
Whao!!
Your buddy is awful close to the center line when going down the mountain.
Yeah, that was my opinion too. While he might be able to handle it, the oncoming traffic may not! He's living dangerously!
Well. Can-Am does make ski-DOOs. It is a ski-DOO just with wheels.
lol, i always said that the Spyder is basically a SKI-DOO on wheels!!!
You only just worked that out?
I have seen many things.. I do have spyder, but this is crazy :)))) probably you dont have summer tires, do you??? coz I was only once on snow about 5m of the road, and it was nooo so much fun :)
I didn't have snow tyres ony what came with the bike the same with my friend

Pneus neige, où chaînes, chaussettes ?
Merci
great vid....lets see a shitty harely do that with out falling over, well done
Wow, there is a lot of traffic on that road!
Is that possible hard to believe
came here for drift action
Maybe it's the angle of the camera on your head, but I had the illusion that you're going slightly uphill the whole time.
That's what I thought it was weird
What country are they in?
Australia - Victoria in the Dandenongs. That road regularly gets closed during winter due to snow.
so nobody knows how to drive in the snow you have to have good tires and the can am is like a snowmobile with wheels good set up
Hey you telling me when I get my f3 spyder i can ride in the snow or do I need something else to do that with
No don't have anything special on the bike
Smart...all that road salt up in your engine.
We don't put salt on the roads here
My first bike can am spyder rt 2013 I had no Idea they could do this but perhaps I should not do this at home until I get real good.
can't believe the people are so fucking slow with a little bit of snow, and most cars looked awd too...
Dennis Z. 90% of them drives om summertyres
雪の降リはじめで、冬装備してないのかな?
坂があるところだと、ノーブレーキだもの。
Taking a joyride in the winter with all the snow, ice, drizzle and shit...wtf?
Don't you... like, have internet or a book to read or something? LOL

that should be illegal. lol
You call that winter? Ha ha come to Canada...see winter
this place of Canada?
you have a car sliding down the hill sideways , and your stopped in their lane ,, you shouldnt be driving
Hhhmm couldn't see what was funny? 😅
No good
Why was that idiot riding the center line? Forcing cars to the side of the road, it's been 7 yrs hopefully he has lost his license to drive by now.
