You can put your brake servo on channel 3 while your esc is channel 2 (throttle) and steering is on channel 1. You could create a mix with channel 3 and 2, where when you apply braking only channel 3 turns on and goes back to neutral when you press on the throttle.

as far as the srevo on throttle, if you set a mix with c3, on c3 cut the EPA to zero on the throttle side of the channel, and you can adjust the EPA on the brake side to adjust pull/torque on the pads.

Here's what you do. If you have a Transmitter you can set up with a "mix" or two channels work with the input of one channel like people set up for 4 wheel steering, then you go into the travel of the brake servo channel and set the limit in one direction (whichever direction makes the servo do throttle) all the way to zero, then the other direction to 100%

    • @RCKnockout

If you have a radio with mixing, like the Radiolink RC6GS has, plug the servo into channel 3, mix it into channel 2. set EPA on 2.
Then go into your ESC Programming and shut down all the Braking duty in the esc.
then setup your servo. you'll likely have to adjust the linkages to get enough breaking force, as adjusting the ESP will tweak the ESC input signals.
That is what I would try. Mixing is the smart way. A Splitter may back feed the channel as the servo can be a generator of power when its off and that may cause issues in the esc. otherwise. cool mod.
