I bought the Lancia Delta version of this after watching your review, had some great fun with it but the steering suddenly stopped working. Do you have any ideas what has happened or how I could find out how to fix it please? Thanks

Bought this one on Amazon with a thirty dollar off coupon all in $118.00. It turned out to be the best value in RC I have ever purchased. This thing rips and is so much fun, thank you for the video and suggestion to buy! Totally hobby grade and a ton of fun!

Kevin has a great channel, different content. He just has the money to push everything to destruction, rebuild, rinse and repeat. It's good stuff, just different.

Talbot just intentionally destroys everything, there's no "testing". He just destroys sponsored shit for shock value clicks. He's the RC Whistlindiesel, minus the comedy. Makes the hobby look bad, honestly.

I got mine 3 days ago...amazing car...i paid like $119 delivered...its great on 2s 2000 ion,but i have a couple 60c 1300 3s lipos that are about same size.. others are getting 42 mph with stock 15c 2s ion batt...mine should be 44 or 45 mph.. cool car..gyro is also amazing
This car is amazing. I thought it was great after watching the the majority of the video. Then you showed all the crashes at the end of then video. It was even more impressive. The slow motion view of it on the jump was great. You did an outstanding review.
That car took an absolute pasting and kept coming back for more! Also a top speed of 40mph?! When did RC cars get so good?!

Phil, I just purchased this one based on your post. I could not be happier with my purchase decision. I had the 1/10th Arrma on my radar for a while then this popped up as an alternative to the Wltoys unit. All in all this one exceeded my expectations thank you! Now I can own two great MJX RCs for the price of one Arrma car.
Finally a video where this car is actually drifted . It’s crazy how all CZcamsrs are doing speed run’s with it🤷🏽♂️. Awesome video and I love the KRS reference.
Quick speed run… see how fast it is, then straight for a bash. That’s how I like to do it 👌
So, when you did the review of the Lancia knock-off one, I ordered it. I absolutely love the car! My only gripe with it is the tires. These seem to use an odd size tire. They are 58mm outer diameter. The 12mm hex means you can use many other tires, but they are either too small or too large for the car. So, I decided to try something drastically different. I've ordered the monster truck suspension parts from China and will be fitting the longer arms to the mjx 14301 chassis. One of my friends has the monster truck, and we did a side by comparison, and they look like they use the same mounting points. I'm hoping to push the wheels out wider to make it more stable on 3S. I will let you know how it turns out!! Again thanks for the awesome video!!!
Also forgot to mention on 3S I burnt through both sets of the rubber tires in about 2.5 hours.

You are absolutely right MJX hyper go is leading the way by far in my eyes. I got five of these things including the truck that you got and they are sensational. I wouldn't trade them for any other brand. You know except for Traxxas xmax big name brands like that. But for your 16th and 14th scales they knocked it out of the park with these things very fast and very durable. You know what you're talking about I watch you all the time. Plus I'm a subscriber. Keep up the good videos and I will keep watching. God bless

Just got the monster truck mjx and super impressed, haven't done 3s yet but first jump landed in my pond.. quick air dry with the compessor and still running like new.. but this is on the list.

Haven't messed my R/C cars in a long time. It's good to see that introductory R/C vehicles are getting closer to Hobby Grade machines. The gap from Tyco R/C to a kit by Losi, or Associated, Mugen, Kyosho etc. was always a $500 plus difference.
it is no longer a toy grade as long as you buy an established RC brand even if its a budget brand because they supply parts and transitioning into serious RC model now. WLtoys is one of them. It used to sell alot of toygrade stuff for kids but since it got famous forsome of their product, they realize they can try to go into the hobby grade market. I hope a lot of the brand like MJX (which sells a very good prograde drone level in a cheap price), HBX (which built the first true almost indestructible budget RC), WPL rc(which is good at scale rc at a very low price) etc.. will continues to improve so there is a lot of choices for people just like the smartphone world. So the big brands like Losi, Team Associated, Mugen, Sworkz, Kyosho, ARRMA, and Traxxas etc.. will be the high end choices. Pretty kuuuuullll
This might be an "introductory" model price-wise but it's a full-on hobby-grade machine. Just one from a smaller brand that isn't really quite established yet. Kinda like how RedCat was back in the old days, except with better build quality.
Bloody hell, they're nifty and they're cheap now. I remember 20 years ago the electric ones weren't too good, but the fuel-powered ones were fast. These things look even better.

Thank you for reviewing these. It's nice to have someone test out more budgeted options coming out of the east to find the Gems. People fail to realize that all big name manufacturers use other countries for manufacturing and although maybe not a direct clone, they do learn a bit from the engineering aspect of it. I live in a rural area so these on-road stuff isn't that useful but I do have the monster truck and my son and I have a blast with it! The only downfall is parts availability and waiting for them. You can't exactly go down to your local hobby shop for parts. I have an Armma volcano as a backup and parts are a little easier to source or at least shipping times are low. Keep up the great work!

I am reading comments on Amazon from people who bought this (and the "Lancia" version) that both cars are great, BUT parts are impossible to find. That's a huge problem, one that will reduce the car to nothing more than an expensive paper weight after an accident. Most unfortunate because I was keen to buy both the 14301 and 14302 for Christmas.

U can actually spin the turnbucles , they are adjustable! I found out only today, they may have been partially sealed woth some glue to protect them from rust and dirt but are very beefy and of amazing quality

I love the way this RC just "plants" itself after a jump! I am so happy with my MJX Hyper Go truck, any tips to stop losing so many body clips will be highly appreciated. Happy RC-ing to everybody!
Put a tiny bit of RC clear fuel tubing over the open end stops them coming off 👍
Buy the body clips that have the rubber strap attached to them. You drill a tiny hole and put a tiny dab of glue, and they last a long time! Just buy a big ol' bag of them and replace them as they slowly die.
Just push the body clips all the way in instead of clipping them in the normal way. The lock in place. Or you can go to your local dollar store and buy paper clips and create your own using needle nose pliers which is easy and cheap lol.
@@venomousgamer4205 Thank you, locking them in place is a good idea, however when they get caught on something they bend and still fall out, LOL. I hope to do my own clipless setup for the front and magnets for the rear because I have a few super strong mini magnets from old cellphone speakers. I will make an instructional video while am doing it. .

I bought the MJX Hyper Go Brushless RC Car (14302/14301) on an actual fucking whim after your previous video. I'd been looking to get an RC car for weeks, and then YT suggested that one video. I bought it that same day. Expected delivery was end of Sept, but got it a few days ago, with the 3S battery. WOW. I ran the stock battery this weekend and got nearly an hour; I can't wait to take it out with the next one.
Absolute perfect intro into RC cars if that's your thing, or not. For me - I grew up racing petrol cars and this has ignited my love for the sport again. FYI; fuck the reviews that say it breaks after the first ride; slamming it into a wall at top speed will do that.

Great video! I recently got a 1/7th infraction and I love ripping that around. I wish there were skate parks around me that would host the infraction similarly to that one! Love the content! When are we gonna see the hilux again?

Which 3S battery would you recommend for this car? Any upgrades you think would make a nice difference? Is there a way to convert them to RWD to make them more setup for drifting?

The bottom reminded me a bit of the Bezgar HP 161S 1/16 scale (brushless on a 3S) which I'm surprised you haven't showcased on your channel considering a Bezgar is what I first saw on you channel that was bought for your son. The 161S is a mini tank nothing on it has broken and I'm a lousy driver although I did go through a body shell already this reminds me of it. Im aware that most of these Chinese RC's are all related in a corporate way I've seen many models almost exactly the same as others but under a different name sort of like the tow truck companies here in NYC (tapping the side of my nose) and thats okay. I've got the hyper go brushless truggy. It's been a good one even with the dog chasing and attacking it.
Looks great this one. I've had a couple of MJX drones that have crashed more times i can remember and 7 years on they still fly, even after ditching in water at the beach. I'm just now waking up to their 1/12's etc and i'm liking what i see. They will only get better, Guaranteed.
