My family and I moved to the Bay Area a few years ago and I’m thinking of purchasing a single family home, but with real estate prices currently through the roof, is it still a good idea to buy a home or should I invest in stocks for now and just wait for a housing market correction? I heard Nvidia and AMD are strong buys.
it’s a personal decision, but Forbes says housing activities will remain stagnant for the most part of the year, so maybe hold off a little.

That's actually a purple martin birdhouse. They're in the swallow family & are great to have around because they are very prolific insectivores. They eat all the mosquitos & flies & other pests like that so you definitely want to keep them around for sure :)

It's So frustrating to me when I find a property I really like and I take an hour out of my life to watch the video and there is NO PRICE LISTED. It's even more frustrating when I call and no one answer, send a text and no response. I hate watching videos that don’t have the full price and reliable contact info.

Fed jobs have stopped all transfers out of the State of California. I know. My wife is 30 plus years on there. And she is high up and they will not even let u do a emergency move. You're stuck in California. Just like us.

@@BradSimmons, I've just been holding off on getting on your list until we are closer to being able to make our move. No point in finding the dream house earlier than we would be able to act on it. We found another listing on zillow that is further off in East KY but seems to have about everything we're looking for except barns and (ponds/lakes). 1832 State Route 850, David, KY 41616. But I think our preference will be to try to find something south of Lexington down to TN and between 65 and 75. Thank you for making these videos and getting us better prepared to make our move.

Reminds me so much of Naperville, Illinois when it was a semi rural farming/college community outside Chicago. Dozens of historic buildings and houses along with a population of under 6,000. Then they turned it into a Chicago bedroom community with McMansions that replaced the charming historic houses and a population close to 150,000 that destroyed the rural lifestyle.

As soon as I can I will be registering to know when places like this become available... It is just not in the cards at the moment but this is what I dream about when I lay my head down at night. I retired a couple of years ago and want something just like this. I just need to know where my grandkids are going to be when my son in-law finishes school. We all want to be in the country (just outside of town) and we will need to find something just like this in 2 or so years

I feel you need to have at least 5k guaranteed per year above and beyond just to keep up with maintenance. And, just to do a weekly cleaning, more than a whole day. Way too much manual labor required to keep it nice UNLESS you make ALOT of $.
Gorgeous place though, they are fortunate to have had the beautiful experience of residing there!

Right off the bat the property is laid out well, the house has both covered and covers and screened areas. The pool is just killer. With that much grass you’re going to need a 72” zero turn mower.
