Isn't the smog pump just blowing in the wind since you've got headers on it? I assume all the air injection was removed along with the stock exhaust manifolds. Just delete on it if you don't need it, OR sell the pump to someone who does need it. Ebay's your friend here. Might run better if you connected all your vacuum lines. And you coulda just converted the AC over to R134, not a big deal.
