Baseline Runner Zone Offense

In today’s video we look at a conceptual zone offense. Conceptual zone offense are great because they can be used often without losing their effectiveness and can be unpredictable to the defense. This concept uses two guards spread wide, with 2 posts playing the lanes, and 1 player running the baseline. Enjoy!
