Hii Dear, Enaku oru 7 years before PCOD irundhuchu. Through lifestyle changes and diet I reversed it and recovered. PCOD is not disease, just hormonal imbalance. Till date I do exercise and try to maintain a healthy lifestyle like cutting down junk, outside foods and sugar as much as I can😊

Nandy this hotel is near my house only...one trivia....room no 335 in this hotel is paid full year exclusively by Vijay ...he comes here after completing a film schedule and drinks alcohol here..he doesn't drink at home...also among the many restaurants in ITC on this venue the biryani from one of the restaurant here is vijays favourite
