For your kind information. Meats and fishes are always minimum 80+days old in all star hotels. They will be stored in -16*c , cook and server after 80+days.
It is written rule that all hotels should ve all ingredients for next 90days. If incase any natural calamities or unusual things happen - hotels should serve their customers. Taste will be good but it wont ve any health benifits instead it is opposite.
Keep this in mind before you go to any start hotels and ve nonveg. I am saying rom my hotel experience as butcher, Chinese chef and bakery&confectionery chef....
