Dear HP team,
I purchased HP laptop on June 10, 2022 in Ukraine. In October 2022, I gave it to the Ukrainian HP service for diagnostics and repair. The issue was with the matrix and as it was verified that the matrix was defective it was replaced, but it was done only in February 2023. In April 2023, the same problem appeared again. Since then (17 April 2023), the laptop has been in service again, and again with defective matrix. My laptop is still in service from April 17th I repeatedly contacted HP support in Ukraine with a claim for laptop replacement with a new one with similar characteristics. Unfortunately, they refused and took the laptop for a new one repairment.
I live in Ukraine, and we have certain circumstances due to which I can work remotely only, using my laptop. It's crucial for me, to have appropriate laptop that I paid for and use it each time I need and not wait it from service center so often. I feel like I can't get assistance from local HP service center, the warranty will expire so soon, and I'm sure that the problem with matrix will come back again and again.
I am desperate because your company does not want to be responsible for a poor quality product and this upsetsPlease help me in solving my problem with replacing defective laptop or providing a refund.
