In my theory, there are six Xenomorph Infestation Stages:
The first stage is the Nest Stage: When a single Xenomorph Drone (or Scout) is born, it would go out to gather several hosts to cocoon and eggmorph to new Ovimorphs, while hunting others for food or to save for future hosts, as seen in Alien (director's cut).
The second stage is the Proto-Hive Stage: When a population of Xenomorph Drones (and/or Scouts) reach to a certain level, they will expand new territories to build a suitable hive, awaiting for the future Queen, as seen in Alien: Isolation.
The third stage is the Hive Stage: When the physically and mentally stronger Drone becomes a Queen, the first half molted into Warriors (and/or Sentries) that allow to hunt and gather hosts and protect the hive, and the other half molted into Workers that help expand the hive, as seen in Aliens.
The fourth stage is the Colony Stage: When the hive has grown exponentially and Young Queens begin to spawn all around, the physically and mentally stronger Queen would molt into an Empress, and the Young Queens closer to the central hive(s) would become Praetorians (and/or Crushers) that serve as Royal Guards for Queen(s) and Empress, as seen in Aliens vs Predator 2 video game.
The fifth stage is the Continental Stage: While never seen, this massive hive as big as a continent would be enough to fit multiple Queens and Empresses in a quarter of the population, theoretically, this would be enough to give birth to the Queen Mother, and the Praetorians that surround the Queen Mother would become Palatines, while some become Kings, act as males for the other Queens/Empresses that allow them to adapt in harsh environments.
The sixth stage is the Hive World Stage: Very similar to Xenomorph Prime, with only one (or maybe two) Queen Mother ruling the entire planet in multiple hives. However, in-theory, if the host is completely scarce, the hives would start to produce pod ships that allow to transport one dormant egg further out into space to different habitable worlds and colonies to find new hosts that would repeat the cycle.
I know there are films and comics that debunk this, but, hey, that's just a theory... A FILM THEORY!

The theory is interesting, but CA has confirmed there was a Queen in Sevastopol. However, due to wanting to the keep the tone and atmosphere similar to the first film, she wasn’t included, as seeing here would have lead players to expect a boss fight.

@@prehistorichero2755 She more than likely was born from egg morphing at some point. The way I see it, the first Xenomorph was a drone, hence the notes from crew’s suspicions and Apollo’s search for it. At some point, it captured enough people to egg morph, and eventually, one either hatched a Royal Facehugger or one of the drones molted.

I always found Queen Mother interseting character she cares for her homeworld would loved to see Six(AVP 2010) meet her grandmother now she is a Queen and they mentioned their homeworld

I don't understand why queens aren't called stage 7 in the books, because like they objectively are. Praetorians molt into queens, warriors can't, there's no shortcut for adults, you have to go warrior > praetorian > queen if you weren't born a queen, that's how it works, that's a known fact, it's a done deal. I wouldn't really care except for the fact that they also bother making a significant distinction between drones and warriors with stage 4 and 5. Like, if I was writing an alien book, I don't think I'd write up a brand new stat block for every single time an alien molted, or else there'd be like, what? 20 stages? But they justified it with the hive connection and throwing in Cameron's version of drones as an alternate stage 5 caste, so it's like, sure, fine, that distinction for the sake of the game and worldbuilding makes sense, whatever. But then you turn the page and they go "oh but praetorians and queens are the same thing" you just wanna head desk so hard you break your desk. What do you mean?! Is molting a stage or isn't it?! Also it screws stuff up because palatines aren't upgraded queens, they're upgraded praetorians, so they should be the same stage as the queen, not a queen mother... but that also makes them the same stage as praetorians... so the whole thing falls apart.
I mean, it doesn't really matter, but the reasoning for it is baffling and inconsistent and so it's just a huge pet peeve of mine.
For what it's worth, though, I'm glad empresses didn't end up as a numbered stage... just because it's not really anything. We've seen queens grow multiple egg sacs, the definitive empress we saw in AvP2 just looked like a big queen, and we've seen a number of different queens with wildly varying ages that differ only in size, crest shape, and number of egg sacs created. It seems quite obvious that all an "empress" really is is a queen that exhausts one egg sac, molts, and then grows another, and they can apparently do this for THOUSANDS of years. If you counted each molt as a stage, what would the Matriarch be? A stage 1,979 hyper-ultra-super-mega-goddess? Like give me a break.
Another awesome video mate. Queen mothers have always been interesting, especially in the extended universe with the hive wars between red and black xenomorphs.

The robots itself is rather a suit since a hight rank marine or scientist can use it its build from strong metal and other materials able to survive contact with xenos blood it has toxic bettery acid inaide parts to somehow recreate xenos acid The boost just makes him jump rather than fly i can give more info too

ah, it's nice to see the lesser known Xenomorphs (who's canon is subject to debate AFAIK) get attention.
if it's alright, I'd like to share something I came up with earlier this year, see what people think of it.
a while ago out of boredom I made up an "OC" type of xenomorph caste which was intended to be an interpretation of the 'Hive Warrior' from the Hive Wars series,
designed to somewhat fit into the currently understood canon for Alien,
I call it a 'Centurion', playing off of the Queen's royal guard being called Praetorians,
they seemingly look similar to Stage 4 Drones, possessing a domed head, but they are larger, possess 6 shorter dorsal tubes, their domes are still transparent but have intricate patterns,
it's dome would be more durable and can take more punishment than a drone's, but wouldn't be as protective as a stage 5 soldier's ridged head,
in my head I visualize a Centurion being a more obscure stage 6 that is a dead end in it's individual evolution, but crucial to a hive's overall evolution and progression,
serving as a lesser guard when hives grow larger in size, and as a 'commander' of sorts towards stage 5 soldiers and workers, possessing more coordination and strategic thinking than most other common xenomorph castes, being able to guide workers to damaged infrastructure and where to move eggs, and soldiers to areas that need the most protection,
the last and most important purpose I envision is that they are the caste of Xenomorph that extracts the type of pathogen found in facehuggers and inject it into hosts and/or other eggs in order to create mutations in new Xenomorphs, creating stronger individuals, and possibly even entirely new castes
(I recall this being mentioned somewhere in a previous video regarding both Xenomorph's and Pathogen)
and that perhaps this might even be the key that literally unlocks the ability for a hive eventually having stage 7 Xenomorphs appear,
I came up with this non-canon Xenomorph idea while exploring the possibility that Engineers or Progenitors (depending on what you believe) could've tampered with Xenomorphs to be locked out of their final evolutions on purpose in order to try and control them, with the Centurion evolving later as a hard counter to said "Genetic Lock".
Cool stuff friend. I try to cover as much as the confides of canon will let me and lucky these creature whilst currently rumoured in canon I can still cover in those ideas

There needs to be a Alien(s) movie trilogy in the style of Cameron and Scott running at least 2 1/2 hrs each. They need to incorporate the complete xenomorph life stage development involving multiple worlds and different host species. That would be an epic tale that would make the Alien franchise almost as big as Marvel itself. If they stay true to the material and leave the woke shit out, it will be awesome. Great vid brother.
