Biden already breaks the law with impunity. He had classified documents in his garage and 4 different offices that he stole from scifs as Senator and VP.

It shouldnt be so hard to figure out. A president is immune in regards to all official matters/duties/decisions during his presidency. Anything that is that is not directly linked to his current presidency is not official but private.
