It is not legal for a lawyer to agree with their client if they know that the client's interpretation of a gag order is incorrect. The lawyer has a duty to provide accurate legal advice and representation to their client, and agreeing to something that is not in line with the law or the terms of the gag order would be a violation of that duty.
