  • Six years ago, when I was so unfit that two lengths of the hallway was all I could manage and my initial daily step goal was 1500, if you'd told me I'm now aiming for a 5km walk, I would probably have cried from sheer jealousy and also from despair at how long it took to get here.
    Past me had no idea how to pace herself and kept ending up going backwards whilst trying to rush forwards. So, if I can go from 2 lengths of the hallway to training for a 5km walk? Where can I go up from 1 x 10 Sit To Stands, 1 x 20 L Bicep Curls, and 1 x 20 R Bicep Curls? Let's find out!

      Thank you, so much! I'm excited to see how much I can improve with this. I have dumbells in so many various weights gathering dust that I hope to put back into use one day. Maybe even get to the gym like you? 🤞
