Day 4 of doing this workout everyday ✨✨✨✨ to anyone who reads this KEEP PUSHING! I know it’s hard but you gotta get this abs gurlll! U will also improve your strength! YOU GOT THIS! There will be days on that you are not motivated but these are the days that really change something. KEEP DOING IT I AM SO PROUD OF U ABOUT WHAT U HAVE DONE!!!!!!

I got accepted into my school’s cheer squad! I did this workout everyday before tryouts and I try to do it daily now. During tryouts my endurance was amazing due to this workout and my strength in jumps was complimented a lot! Thank you for this workout!!
This is my first year doing cheer, and tomorrow was my first practice. Today is our second and this morning, I woke up ate, hydrated and stretched \ did routines \ worked on form or about 30 minutes. Took a breather and feeling energized, now starting on this one! Thanks so much.

Omg 😳 this works wonders for me I am a flyer and I had broken my ankle badly so I was out for like 2 months and then I still couldn’t stunt or tumble but I could walk with a brace and do the routines so I was over all not stunting for like almost 4 months and in that time my abs turned to mush and doing this helped me so so much if you have a situation like I have cause I still have to wear a brace for cheer and if it hurts but I think you should definitely try this

I did this last night, and oh my gosh you are sore the next day, but it is totally worth it! I ended up feeling so much better about myself, and I needed to find some workouts! I love how this pushes you to your limits as well!

@@autumnmyers6102 no it’s okay to take a few rest days each week! You need it! Just make sure you’re getting a good amount of cardio in each week and eating well.

It's not about how high your jumps are to be a flyer it's how small you are nut high jumps is a key
@@H3speria. I just want to get the best out of my jumps and I have trouble with my doing jumps in my leg area and this helped me ALOT btw I’m 4’8

Day one of this workout, I rlly enjoyed it, def a harder ab workout but KEEP PUSHING! I’m a kinda over weight base and I needed this to make it on standing so tysm! U got this girls!

today was my first day trying this and omg it was hard! but I'm going to keep going!! just one question how do you keep your back on the floor without curving?
I have the same problem you can lift your legs higher so that your back isn't curved but xou feel the workout. after time it will be easier to have your legs lower (that is what i got told im not a profecional)

Yesss keep going! Keeping your back on the floor is something really hard to remember and focus on but i try and think about rounding my shoulders upwards and sucking my belly button to the floor to keep your back nice and rounded in a hollow shape :)
One question, to get abs we have to do only this workout? Second question, how long it take to see results? Please answer meee :)
This workout is definitely a great tool to getting your abs! After a few weeks of consistently doing this workout you may start seeing some progress but everyone is different and it’s a long process. Besides this workout doing a few cardio workouts a week and maintaining a nutritional and healthy diet will also be helpful. I am not a professional but that is what has worked best for me😚
Just realised how bad my answer to this question is so I’m going to try again haha! Having a super visible 6 pack requires extremely minimal body fat. The times my abs have been most defined I definitely have not been
the healthiest and my body fat has been too little for me to even have a period. With that being said, be safe and prioritise having strong abs over visible abs. This workout is perfect for strengthening and will give you a super strong core. If you want visible abs this workout will still help but you will have to also do the cardio and watch your calorie intake to get to a particular fat %. Even still our bodies are all extremely different and some people can achieve visible abs more easily than others. To sum it up you can have extremely strong abdominal muscles without them being visible. Hope that helps x

Anyone know what to eat/diet during this?
Be in a calorie deficit like if you normally eat 2000 cal eat 1900 cal subtract 100 cal every 1.5 week of you deficit than stop at -500 cal of what you normally eat and stay in a deficit of 500 less cal
