To sum it up - The son of the victim of his grievances thinks that somehow the PM of the country is involved in the assassination of his father because of their differences, nothing wrong with that. The case without any facts sits cold as anyone can file FIR against anyone for anything. Once the country has been taken over by a dictator, the dictator re-opens the case of the PM that he threw away, somehow the officials of the force that killed the person now also want to testify that they killed the person on orders of the PM at that time. Now comes the fastest execution in the history of Pakistan. This whole story doesn't pass the smell test and sounds completely bogus, created just to hang Bhutto. It was an epic failure of the system in Pakistan and it put the country on the path of Democratic decline, giving more and more power to army generals who could do anything and can take over power anytime and then bring these sham cases to hang political leaders.
Doctrine of necessity used by your court and army to the optimum level has given you the result of today. I believe pakistan ki badkismati shuru hui ayub khan ki coup ke baad jiske baad baki ke generals bhi power freak hote chale gye. Zia was one of them.
Secondly your all leaders comes from the umbrella of dictators so they have the same mindset to coup against their real master(pak army) time to time. Bhutto, nawaz, sheikh rasheed and others brought to politics by these army generals and so these leaders also have the same mentality of coup.

I believe Bhutto to have been a cunning politician and murder of opponents certainly wasn’t beyond him. By promoting Zia over the heads of other senior generals he attempted to put a gulf between Zia and his rivals. He believed Zia was stupid enough to do his bidding. It turned out while Zia was not bright in a political sense, he certainly was as cunning as a fox.
In my view bhutto saheb was not wrong but experienced so he selected an unknown face for the post overruling the seniority. But he forgot one thing that everyone in pak fauj is a kind of dictator in his mind and thought.

He’s talking about the same institutions that allowed military heads to take over the country as presidents without any mandate multiple times. the same institutions that took Imran Khan down. Its not Kasuri’s case that hung Bhutto, it was just the basis. It was those forces that said we will make you an example.

Mr. Bhutto had never ordered to kill Mr. Muhammad Ahmad Khan. He had just shown displeasure towards his attitude and nothing else. He was a victim of miscarriage of justice by the highest courts. How would those involved ask Allah subhanahu wa Ta'alaa be forgiven for this henious crime.

ZAB’s case is universally recognised as controversial.Justice Nasim Hasan Shah who was part of the full bench is on record saying that they were under tremendous pressure into passing the death sentence for ZAB.

Nawab Ahmad Raza Khan Kasuri's father Nawab Muhammad Ahmad Khan Kasuri was the judge who signed Shahid Bhagat Singh's death warrant. It is an uncanny coincidence and poetic justice that Nawab Muhammad Ahmad Khan Kasuri, the magistrate who signed the death warrant of Bhagat Singh, was killed, more than 40 years later, at the same spot as the 23-year-old freedom fighter. The roundabout in Shadman Colony, Lahore-where the execution chambers of the Lahore Central jail used to be-is where the magistrate was shot in 1974.

Kasuri was nothing but a pawn in the big game and he is stupid enough to still believe that he got justice, it might be someone else who plan the murder.
Lol you're getting a tad confused 😂 Unlike Bhutto who came from nothing and was a puppet in the big game, Ahmed Raza Kasuri, comes from one of the families of the Founding Fathers of this Nation and is related to many 3 and 4-star Military Generals like General Rahimuddin Khan (who was also realted to Zia ul Haq) which got him the back up support he needed to hang Bhutto. Even 3 star general Sahibzada Yaqub Khan who was foreign minister was related to Kasuri who formulated the Foreign Policy that the wadera Bhutto is occasionally wrongly given credit.

Moral of the story, in a fight a giants keep ur head down. Mr kasuri doesnt even remember the name of that honest police officer "DSP sheikh somebody" may his soul rest in peace. The Dsp that mr kasuri refers as the corrupt one was maybe not so corrupt but was saving his own life.
From what I clean out of this interview is that the inclusion of Bhutto's name in the FIR was based on pure speculation. Moreover he describes the incident with details but NO EVIDENCE for the involvement of the then PM was described.
Also if officers said they were told by Bhutto to kill Kasuri then what actions were taken against the chain of those officers? Why didn't they ask for a written order?

Sheer bias is visible in the entire video. Even the creators of the video seem biased towards Zulfiqar Ali Bhutto.
The disclaimer should have been given at the start of the video. Moreover, the program creators should upload the opposite side as well. Since Ahmed Raza Kasuri was also a party to the case, therefore neutrality can't be expected from him.

What do you expect? Bhutto was a Wadera who murdered most of his political opponents and when it came to Kasuri, he murdered his father who was once the man who founded and funded the PPP. While being related to many Army Generals helped in hanging bhutto, Kasuri and Bhutto were never enemies as they were initially like brothers, until Bhutto crossed the line and became clouded in power, as we can see in his Political Performace such as Bangladesh, murdering political opponents etc.

In response to your comment, killing someone is widespread in our culture due to a terrible judiciary (131/139), and the performance of the judiciary has been zero since Pakistan's creation. Thousands of people have been murdered so far; have you ever heard of hanging the perpetrator? (I never heard about such news). As per my knowledge (my observation maybe false), the Army installed and Generals executed him via the judiciary once he started dominating the Pakistani Politics and challenged the Army. By the way, you can't hold him responsible for what happened in Bangladesh. Because our Army generals had power, it was their duty to pass over power to elected officials or to punish those who broke the laws.

The Bastard Zia was used as a stepping stone to the Assassination Of the late Nawab Ahmed Kasuri Sahab. Bhutto was murdered by judicial machinery and it was as a toy in hands of the Junta. Un ko os waqt tak jail may rakha gaya jab tak unhon nay Confession nahi kia,jaisy hi unhon nay Bhutto par sara qatal daal diya toh un k achy din shuru hogayay!
3.The four guys from FSF who carried the task of murder,the one who took backstep from his own words was not allowed to enter court and was declared ill!
3.A new chief Justice was appointed during the case! The judges who disapproved of Death sentence were removed from bench and were replaced!

4.The court proceeding were done in closed court rooms!Bhutto requested the judges to carry proceedings open to all nation!

You know 3 judges were against hanging. Capital punishment is not given in such bifurcation. It is world law. Justice naseem n two other judges told on TV that we were under pressure of zia to hang Mr Bhutto. After great leader now see the worse condition of peoples of Pakistan's and economy of Pakistan's.

In review petition the supreme court had changed death penalty to life in imprisonment...Kasuri sahab didn't mention it
The review petition was dismissed as it is an therefore the death sentence remained intact. Only modification was that 301 PPC was not to apply. Secondly, a list of punishments were announced under different sections alongside the death sentence, so removal of a single sentence of life would not have done anything unless the death penalty itself was not commuted.

I would like to refer "Last 323 days of Bhutto" by Col. Rafi ud Din who was the security chief in central jail Rawalpindi.
A "confessional" statement that judges are under duress doesn't necessarily mean that the the accused didn't commit the crime.
