I totally agree with the scars thing! I always felt like, "man I went through all this pain and I have nothing to show for it" haha! Scars are absolutely proof you lived and did exactly what you wanted. They tell a story, and yours is worth telling.

Glad to see you’re doing well 3 months later. I’m over a year post op and still get nervous with certain movements, so you’re not alone there. Walking around shirtless is the BEST!!! Great video man 👍🏽

It just keeps getting better! Tightness eventually goes about 18 months. Scar tissue settles. Check wth your physical therapist about working out and Dr Kim thins like lat pulldown and flies etc. Chest looks amazing!! Lovely symmetry and neat scars.
