I have one since 2021, I love it so much. Its Negative Display is smoothly readable any time and it makes it look fabulous and fantastic. Its one of the Best!
I believe this has the most readable negative display, and the minimalistic design is great. Other watches tend to be to much written on them.

A huge win for Casio.....And proving to be one of their most popular Models.....Love the bare bones Dial, the features and functions are superb, Bracelet beautifully made too....Makes you wonder why you would pay 500 plus for one of the Full Metal 5000 Series Models !!!.....Get this, and an aftermarket aged Metal Bezel and Bracelet and bingo.....All the bells and whistles for 300 less ;)
Ordered this one as already have the BlackOut non solar on a combi which is an excellent summer watch due to being very light and comfortable. G Shock should make all their watches with a combi bracelet option.

Thank you for the review. Now in 2024 I first discovered this model, and it’s the answer to all my wishes for a G. I ordered this two days ago and look foward to it comes to me soon. Is the lcd a bit blue ish? I see the backlight is blue.
It would be a great watch if I could see it. I’ve had this watch for two years now and I’ve had enough of this display. I’ve ordered a positive one and hopefully problem solved.
at 4:55 it get disconnected bcs you pressed the receiving button on the watch while you were connected to the phone. How can you know? bcs there is no display of the battery level.
I prefer the GW-M5610BC. That one has the metal center links. I don't think this really qualifies as a combi any more. But great review!

Impossible to read the negativ Display
I owned it since 2021, its Negative Display makes it FANTASTIC and is super readable any time under 12:00 PM sun.
