Aged 34 I Had A Mental Breakdown And Spent 6 Weeks In Hospital ( 3 Things I Did To Recover)
If you are reading this description because you are going through mental health problems? I want to first say to you NEVER GIVE UP! because the help and support is out there for you and you can recover. I suffered for years in silence because I was too afraid to come out and talk openly about my mental health problems in case people judged me. I know from first hand experience what it's like to suffer with anxiety and depression on a daily basis. You are not on your own, Millions of people all around the world are suffering right now in silence with mental health problems.
Mental Illness is a silent killer that is effecting so many people all around the world. The only way we can conquer this problem is by speaking out publicly about it and bringing awareness to it. Once people start talking openly about their mental health problems, they will feel so much better. Then people can get the necessary help and support that they need to find peace and happiness in their lives. Like I mentioned in the video, the main three things that really helped me recover was:
    1) Counselling
    2) Gym & Fitness
    3) Medication
    - Going to the gym and having a regular routine is so important for maintaining a good mental health.
    - Having a professional counselor to talk to about your mental health problems is also really helpful.
    - Medication can also really help you to get back to being yourself - Medication should be recommended by a professional doctor.
You are stronger than you think, so don't give up on yourself, because you have Greatness in you.
"Goal setting" is so important for your mental health and happiness, because it gives you something to put your energy into and focus on. I am a STRONG believer in the value of a person facing his or her fears in order to gain confidence and happiness and a sense of freedom in life.

I’m going through something similar at the moment. My social anxiety has kept my world very small for several years and so I had some sort of breakdown after years of shying away from it and numbing the pain. I’m trying to recover now and defeat this! It’s kept me from getting a girlfriend, a place of my own, a good job and many things I want to do in life. You’re courage and words are giving me some hope that I will be OK.

I have been having anxiety issues since I lost my dad last year. I recently went to Taiwan to be with my dream girl, but had to come back recently. I feel I am going a tough time, but I know I must face the fear and won't be scared to admit this to my friends. Your video is inspirational.

Hi I just want to share a quote that I have come across which I feel may be very useful to a lot of people I hope you will like it
The credit belongs to the man or woman who is actually in the arena, ( in the field facing there fears) whose face is marred by dust and sweat and blood, who knows the great enthusiasms, the great devotions, and spends himself in a worthy cause; who at best, if he wins, knows the thrills of high achievement, and, if he fails, at least fails daring greatly, so that his place shall never be with those cold and timid souls who know neither victory or defeat.
    Theodore Roosevelt
Always be the best you can be!

    I need help.
I remember stressing over retirement,.. I tried so HARD not to... From stressing everyday, i noticed my feelings weren't right,.. I got emotionally stressed and got anxiety , then insomnia, with empowering negativity..... I retired myself.! I couldn't believe what I just did.... and couldn't return. I remained very Stressed!!.. then fell into deep depression! I'm having panic attacks,. Unable to leave the apt., I have constant pain in my chest , when I think of WHAT I DID.!! and the extreme loss ... my favorite career job, the friends, the structure, the purpose, the identity..etc. I feel like I'm not going to survive, because I don't have any will. Nothing means anything to me anymore... What kind of HELP do I seek? I'm afraid of doctors, and mental doctors.. and medications.... What, who, .. I need help... pls 🙏

Hi my friend, I definitely understand how you feel. I recommend you seek professional help and tell them exactly how you feel. Getting help is how you get well again. You don’t have to take medication if you don’t want to. Talking to someone about your stress is how you overcome it.
Don’t lose hope, you can use your loss to create something great.

Bro I think the main thing is you need to learn from your mistakes in the past and assess why things went wrong and the decisions you made that made your life so difficult. True honesty with yourself is vital.

The whole video was basically him admitting his past mistakes, deterioration of mental health, recovery of mental health and his financial success. He then clearly states the specific things he did for self improvement and the support he accepted from others that helped him better his circumstances. Sounds like self honesty to me.
