I remember being called to fasting for 21 days in July of 2018. I was working a very demanding, physically challenging job. I was working as a steel worker-required to to pull 300 pounds of steel every 30 minutes 60 yards across a slippery surface (among other tasks). The Lord assured me that He would strengthen me, and even confirmed the fast through others. It was difficult but I obeyed. I worked with strength and diligence. God blessed my family tremendously. Jesus keeps His word and is always faithful.
Pastor a year ago God led my wife and I to start fasting 2 days every week ! Week in and week out ! God has given us so many breakthroughs in our lives spiritually financially and socially ! We also found your ministry during our fasting we have prayed and we believe God wants us to live like this the rest of our lives ! Amen 🙏
Many years ago I felt the Lord wanted me to fast 2 days a week but never was diligent to do. I have no fire, passion for others' souls. God help me get out of myself.
I have felt led to do this as well, 2 days a week but I haven't started just yet and I'm so glad to hear that someone else has had this placed on their heart as well. Are you doing the 21 day fast? I will be doing water and putting cigarettes down. I've been struggling for so long and now that pastor Vlad has started this journey I feel encouraged and supported. I don't have anyone or even a home church. I have struggled with homelessness and not being able to hold a regular job due to violent demonic attacks on my body and mind. With the last paycheck from my previous job I prepaid for a ticket to Pasco and will be leaving in February. I don't have any true Christian support and the things that I have gone through (hearing, seeing and being slammed into walls by demons).. I haven't found a church yet that I feel is equipped like hungry generation is to deal with or even take a case like mine seriously. I'm nervous but I think this fast is perfect timing and I'm so tired of being alone in this.

I work an extremely physical job. I’m routinely carrying 70-100lbs multiple times a day, going up and down ladders, and walking 5-6 miles a day while at work. I will be doing a Daniel’s Fast with my church. I would appreciate prayers from my brother and sisters in Christ

Iast year, i did my first fast 5 days of absolute fast. No one advised me, but I think God led me. I was a newborn in Christianity. That time, I was having a serious flu. After the fast, I was completely well without taking meds. So I no longer rely on medicine because if I do, I will get worse, but fasting is the best medicine. Thank God for FAST practical.❤🙏
While Fasting: you will need electrolytes & minerals. I take 1/4 tsp morning & an hour before sleep (Redmond’s Salt, Celtic Salt best mineral salts). If you wake up with a headache take salt.
Coming off fast: drink broth first, wait an hour, eat a few ferments, an hour later eat your regular meal or wait until the next day meal. Sardines in olive oil is a good idea too after fast.

Day 3/21 water fast: already empowered and receiving revelation. Not to mention a much better prayer life. God is great.
How you deal with its symptoms.
I feel symptoms like: diarrhea, rashes on hands which is severally itchy, dizziness and lack of focus on studies, please help I also wanna do 21 days fast.
I have no such symptoms, only a bit of dizzyness. I drink enough water and a teaspoon of pink himalaya salt for electrolytes. Also if you do not eat, you will not get any diarrhea. What doesn’t go in, doesn’t come out 😊

I got diarrhea on the second day of water fasting.
On 4th day hand rashes pop up, and these rashes were so annoying so I quit it.
Moreover, I always start my water fasting with 24 -48 hours of dry fasting, may be dry fasting could be the reason of these harsh symptoms
Likely the water deficit causes the rashes. Drink at least 2-4 liters of water a day. God bless!
@@syedshujaatalishahbukhari3677 look into caster oil for the rashes. I just learned of this oil this week and researching to see if it’s ideal to use during a fast but after day one, I’m convinced God lead me to this oil.

Amen Pastor Vlad, I have never fasted successfully previously ever despite several attempts, however I have faith that I will fast diligently and successfully complete my fast with my attempt in 2024. I pray this unmerited favour in Jesus name, Amen.
On my 4th day of partial fasting and last night I had several negative evil dreams, even heard voices saying end your fast now or it will kill you, get up and eat breakfast and end your fast today.
Then it’s when I went into the several bad dreams… the devil is a lie!

I’m so excited! This week I wanted to do a test run. I fasted from sun up to sun down. It was a bit painful. By day 3 I didn’t eat for about 20 hours and I was shaking really bad.

I have tried to fast so many times in the past and my flesh would always overcome. I couldn't even get past the 12 hour mark because my mind would play all those tricks on me. So yesterday I stayed in the word and in your podcasts and prayer and I did make it until almost bedtime before I finally broke down and ate. So I'm going to try again today to make it a little further at least. I want this more than I ever have. I want for me and my family and my friends and patients. Thank you for reminding us about this need to constantly pray and fast, to praise God. I did not sign up but have been doing your recommended 'partial fast' everyday since the last quarter, and yes prayers. I prefer to accomplish slowly (as I have a health condition) but surely until I am able, in God's grace, to do the 'Daniel fast' or the 'full fast.' I have observed that I no longer yearn to satisfy cravings, and can hold off hunger (?). I eat for nourishment. I thank God 🙏

Im turning 18 next month. After listening to the instructions I feel that if i did a fast, I shouldn’t do more than 10 days for the sake of my health and physical growth. But I do meed to fast from devices, the internet, entertainment and such, and feel like 21 days free from those is a good goal.
One obstacle is that my school which starts on the day of the fast, is a school where we use computers majority of the time for making 2D/3D things.
I will consult the lord about it more and pray before the fast, but I feel like I should use the machinery at my school for only work and avoid all other distractions for the days.
I pray the Holy Spirit guides and directs you. It would be same for those working. You have already overcome the first battle you desire to fast and it is Father God who gives us good desire. I feel sure you will be blessed however long you do. Just remember to drink water more than usual with perhaps a little salt needed to help brain and rest of body.

I’m fasting January. I’m starting the first 10 days on a master cleanse then moving to water. It’s harder to pray but I do it anyway. I’m desperate and need to hear Him.
