Fasting and Praying for Spiritual alignment with the God's plan for my life.
That I need to increase my capacity and how I can do that.
My take on this message is to trust God no matter what the situation looks like. And praying and fasting is important if we want to know are purpose in life. Spending time in God word is important. And how their is hope in every situation if we put are trust in God.
"Real fasting is when you can feel the pain, because that's sacrifice. If you don't feel the pain, there is no sacrifice." Amen!🔥
Fasting and praying requires consistency. It’s about relationship building with the Holy Spirit. It’s about willingly decreasing your wants and desires and increasing the need for God in your life!

After 17 years of Church ministerial life, I did not fast and pray. After hearing your message, me and my Church people have started fasting and praying together in my church this January.
