It was the magnetic piece. It just had a bunch of stuff winded up in it

Thanks for the great info Izabella, i swapped my HOB filter to a sponge filter. I had nothing but trouble with the HOB filters.

I love when you get all technical! Lil ole impeller 😂. Very good info as usual. I use canister filters but that tidal 110 has caught my attention in recent months. I like the pump being in the water. They get good reviews from most. I have had an old aqua clear 110 for years and have run it on several tanks. Very reliable filter. Does a good job. I always end up taking it off the tank for 2 reasons. It’s noisy and when the power is shut off it won’t restart. The water tends to drain back in the tank and when the power comes on there is no water in the filter to start it. I came home from work one day and it was running dry for hours. I filled it up and it kicked right on as good as new!
Thank you; I think aquatop filter have the anti return valve in the I take.tube so always restarts :)

You're adorably cute, my issues with the aquaclear is noise after I changed all my tanks to sand substrate 😤, took out the propeller and rinsed and issues fixed

Do you know why my is pushing water instead of pulling water?? It only goes in one way so I know it's not backwards...
Impeller in my motor looks as if it is trying to come out..Any idea on how to fix that?
While it tries to get out, there is a lot of noise. I tried to keep it pressed a bit, and there was no noise..
Issue started with the motor running fine for some time and and then stopping..That is when I unplugged the motor and checked

I cleaned my filter and when I put it back in the plug it stopped working I dont hear any noise for electricity and there is electricity I checked and there is no leaks or nothing
