I love the way they look, BUT I’ll stick to my angels only. Sounds like to much water fussiness. I change water on my angels 25% a week religiously. No problems. don’t even know what the water parameters are. Angels adapt, just change the water.

Don’t keep with Jack Dempsey or parrot fish I had them only being 3-4 inches and the king betta was 3inches they killed him instantly sadly I couldn’t save him in time I looked down for one minute and they put a massive hole in his stomach

I have a 55 gallon long freshwater tank I just set up with two hang on back filters- everything is new but I have only 1- 3 watt UV light so far in 1 of the HOB’s. Should I get another one? What kind/wattage do you suggest? I put it over top of the filter floss which is above a sponge which is above the bio media… does it have to be in the water? Because it won’t fit so it’s just above it. I just want to protect my fish when I put them in the tank. Thank you in advance xx 💐♥️

The first picture you showed the fish had ick. Looks to me like a lot of issues are in your tank. It wasn't blood worms that caused your issues. Try live meal worms next time. They are much better

Nice idea but didn't work for me, using Whisper pf10. For some reason the larger sized filter is silent, but I even returned the first small one to the store and got a replacement. It's better but still loud, a constant buzzing that's pretty annoying.

I had a Betta thats been living with another 1 since they were kids (both males) and they don't know how to fight they flare and stare at each other and just stare like no harm idk why????😅 I also have another Betta in a diff tank bc I'm scared they might fight now

What would one do if you have a hanging Aquino quiet flow filter (for a 10gal tank) and you try to take apart the filter and find the impeller but I cannot find this component and everything I try doesn't irradiate this superrr loud rattling noise?? I have brainstormed and tried SO many things. And I have only had this filter for like a month!

I bought two males two females, the two males decided to fight a couple times and I’ve had to separate them, but they didn’t like to be separated from the others in the tanks and have calm down since. The females are pretty chill. It’s a 30 gallon tank, four bettas isn’t too bad. The rest of the organisms in the tank are snails shrimp and frogs so they get the tank pretty much themselves.
