I did not see this house coming!! I'm a big Toll Brothers fan! The great room, livingroom/kitchen, could've been more larger. But after the basement and outdoor space! I to myself, shut up! Love this home!💜
I'm a big Toll Brothers fan as well. That basement is amazing and I love that the 3 sliding doors open up completely between the living room and patio to make it completely open for when it's nice outside

Favorite feature-by far, is the outdoor lounge area. The basement is a runner-up.
The outdoor lounge area is incredible. Definitely backyard goals 👌🏻
This house is beautiful! I love everything. I am just a little more traditional in that I love seeing a beautiful staircase in the entrance and not a kitchen. But I could change because it is so many places to sit and lounge.

This model has oversized 3 car garage. It is the model home so the garage area is currently being used as the showroom/sales office which is why it's not in the video.

The style is called modern farmhouse. Definitely different than a traditional farmhouse. Hope you liked it!

This model home has increased to roughly $2,100,000 with all the interior upgrades & outdoor living space.
nothing about this house says "farmhouse", but beautiful house nonetheless.
