Adagio Luxury Homes look unbelievable! Breathtaking views and interior.
Dream home.
Thx for the comment
oh wow. it's amazing how well you can make Ikea items look in a home. lol. but seriously whoever decorated this place did a great job. I was a bit disappointed in the kitchen though. the dark brown cabinets threw me off. if they had to be dark I think grey or black would've looked better, but other than that this place is stunning!
They are actually much nicer than the cabinets in Phase II (the Hancock street ones). The views and Phase I layout of these and the finishings was pretty decent. The corner model shown here better than decent.
Agree brown ugly all other awesome
Very beautiful. Need to add more of these near the waterfront. Would also consider building them on the water with a Pier concept.

According to city records, it sold in 2017 for exactly $2,875,000...
Yea pay 3 million for your house, open your front door and get your face shot in the cross fire of a rival gang that doesn’t even live in the neighborhood.. Philly is so fucked..
Probably won't get shot at this address, but does have lots of drunk people during the weekend before the covid-19 pandemic, since it's very close to old city philadelphia
You'd never get shot there. A few blocks away maybe. Definitely would hear gunshots in the distance chilling on the roof.
I'm from Alabama and I was actually thinking about moving to Philly..tell me is it a nice place to live? I'm thinking of south philly
@@torainepride9078 It's nice. Depends on who you want to live around. What nationality for sure. Unique about it is that it's center to all the surrounding cities. So sports events are close.
@@sedney2889 race has nothing to do with it you dumb fuck
