Long Fire Musket in BL3 is also a funny legendary talking Tediore SMG Flamethrower, one of the best Weapons in the game too. Highely tecommend it for funny gameplays.
I know that there is the pat mark II from the kreige dlc in bl3 its the quest reward for the mission with the talking gun (don't remember what it's called) there is also a pat mark III but I dont remember if it talks
