    I think if you cook blue spirulina above a certain temperature, it kills the spirulina. If you are just using it for coloring, its no big deal. But if someone wanted spirulina for its energy benefits, they wouldn't get the same original benefits.

    My magical powder gift box would be called "Bewitching Blues", in celebration of the upcoming holiday, but still could be used year around for the healthy transformations one would experience as a result of consuming them. It would include, the Blue Spirulina, Butterfly Pea Powder, and Blueberry Powder.

    Such inspiring ingredients, I can't wait to experiment with these super food powders!
    I would create a gift box called "cosmic indigo collection" and would include black elderberry powder, acai berry powder, and maqui berry powder, and of course the butterfly pea flower powder and blue spirulina powder. These 5 ingredients combined would be an incredible immune boost, as well as stimulating to the 3rd eye chakra! A beautiful alternative to unnatural food colors as well.

    Can I drink 500mls of blue butterfly tea dally?

    • @Foodtolive
      @Foodtolive  Před 10 měsíci

      Hi! While it can be beneficial in moderation, drinking 500ml daily might be a bit much. It's usually best to enjoy a cup or two a day to stay on the safe side. Remember, balance is key for a healthy tea routine. If you have any more questions, feel free to ask!

    No, both don't contain phycocyanin. Only spirulina has phycocyanin. Butterfly pea has ANTHOCYANINS. You should correct your video.

      You're right, Butterfly Pea Flower doesn't contain phycocyanin. Appreciate the clarification! We'll make sure to double-check our facts next time. Thank you!
